Mike participated in the Spokane Triathlon (Olympic distance of .93 mile swim, 25 mile bike, and 6 mile run) in mid September. The water was a frigid 56 degrees so it definitely helped in speeding up his swim time. He completed the race 20 minutes faster than his previous Olympic triathlon a few years ago. Mike spent much of the Spring and Summer making his garden just right and as you can see the "fruits and Veggies" of his labor. We had WAY more zucchini then any one household should ever have....we made a mental note to make sure and plant only 2 plants next year.
